Dr. Donna Barriteau
Dr. Donna Barriteau holds an Educational Leadership Doctoral Degree, a Master of Arts in Administrative Management, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Bowie State University.
In addition to Dr. Barriteau being a Certified Licensed Professional Administrator, Teacher, and Union Representative, she is also an Auctioneer. Dr. Donna Barriteau graduated from the oldest and largest auction school in the world, The Missouri Auction School, located in Grandview, Missouri.
Dr. Donna Barriteau became interested in auctioneering after several years of working in philan- thropy in education and seeing that there is great promise for African Americans to make an impact in this field. She holds the title as being the first African American National Auctioneer Association (NAA) Ambassador for the State of Maryland.
Dr. Donna Barriteau’s professional memberships include Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.; Advisory Board for the College of Education, Bowie State University; Delta Kappa Gamma International Society for Key Women Educators; Kappa
Delta Pi Education Honor Society; National Society of Leadership and Success; National Council of Negro Women (NCNW); National Education Association (NEA); American Federation of Teachers (AFT); and American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO) Local #6.
